Mail Settings configure how the system sends email notifications and alerts.

Configuration Options

• Mail Sender: Email address that appears as the sender
• Mail API Key: Authentication key for email service provider

2. Locate the Mail Settings section

Configuring Mail Sender

1. Enter a valid email address in the Mail Sender field
2. Click Save

Configuring Mail API Key

1. Enter the API key from your email service provider
2. Click Save

Testing

After configuration, send a test email from your User Profile settings to verify proper setup.

Troubleshooting

If emails aren’t being sent:

• Check email address format
• Verify API key is valid
• Confirm outgoing SMTP connections are allowed
