Authentication Settings allow administrators to configure security options for user access.
Two-Factor Authentication
Enable or disable two-factor authentication:
- Navigate to Server Settings
- Find the Enforce two-factor authentication toggle
- Click to turn it ON (blue) or OFF (gray)
When enabled, users could choose to use two-factor authentication during login.

Supported Authentication Methods
- Authenticator Apps: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy
- Email Verification: One-time codes sent to email
Security Tips
- Use authenticator apps for better security than email verification
- Review authentication logs regularly
- Provide users with recovery options in case they lose access to authentication devices
