- Download the EdgeGO OVA installation file from:
https://sftp.adlinktech.com/image-tsd/edgego/EdgeGO_Server_v1.0.5.ova - Launch VirtualBox and import the EdgeGO OVA installation file.
- Configure the virtual machine:
- RAM: At least 5,120MB.
- MAC Address Policy: Generate a new MAC address for all network adapters.
- Keep other settings unchanged and click Finish to complete the import.
- Change network setting to bridge mode:
- Click Settings and navigate to the Network tab.
- Enable the Enable Network Adapter option and select Bridged Adapter from the dropdown menu.
- Make sure the Name is the same as the name of your physical network adapter.
- Click OK to save the changes.
5. Click Start to start the guest VM and wait for the EdgeGO server to initialize.
6. You might wait up to two minutes for the server to start, depending on your computing resources.
7. After successful installation and startup, you will see the EdgeGO login screen.
8. You can ping server-edgego.local to check if the server is running.
Note: For security reasons, we do not provide login credentials for the EdgeGO server to users. If you need to access the system, please contact us to discuss authorization options. Please note that obtaining access authorization may incur additional fees.
